Eran Personal Assistant ("the application") is a private, single-user application built and operated by Eran Barshait for his own personal use. The only user and the only data subject is the operator himself. The application is not offered to the public, has no accounts, and collects no data from anyone else.
With the operator's explicit Google authorization, the application may access the operator's own Google account for the following purposes only:
The application runs on the operator's own computer. Email and calendar content is fetched on demand, used to answer the request at hand, and is not written to any database or long-term store under the operator's control.
Access credentials are held in an encrypted store on that computer, protected by the operating system so that they can be decrypted only by the same user on the same machine. They are never written into the project folder and never transmitted anywhere except to Google.
To understand speech and produce answers, the application sends the operator's spoken requests, and such content as those requests require, to the AI providers it uses, currently OpenAI and xAI. Those providers process the content under their own terms and privacy policies.
No data is sold, shared, or disclosed to anyone else. There are no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
The application keeps diagnostic logs of its own operation on the operator's computer, which the operator may delete at any time. Google authorization can be revoked at any time from the Google account's security settings, at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends all access described here.
The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
