Eran Personal Assistant ("the application") is a private software project built and operated by Eran Barshait for his own personal use. It is not a commercial service, it is not offered to the public, and no other person is granted access to it.

The application runs on a personal computer and may be unavailable at any time, without notice. No level of availability, accuracy, or performance is promised.
The application's answers are generated by AI systems and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. The operator is responsible for checking anything that matters before acting on it. Actions that affect other people, such as sending email or creating calendar entries, require the operator's explicit confirmation before they are carried out.
The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator bears all risk arising from its use.
